Chinoiserie Bedroom

In this charming bedroom, space was limited, so every detail was designed with intention—to maximize storage while preserving a sense of enchantment. Against a bespoke light-blue chinoiserie wallpaper, we created a custom wooden bridge bookcase that frames the room like a storybook scene. Pink-and-white striped wallpaper lines the shelves, while a playful circular frieze crowns the top, adding rhythm and softness.

The built-ins include pale-pink nightstands with delicate rose-shaped handles, offering thoughtful places for treasured toys and keepsakes. At the centre, an upholstered daybed in a graceful blush fabric doubles as a sofa during the day, styled with embroidered cushions featuring tiny roses that echo the wallpaper’s blossoms.

Overhead, a made-to-measure silk ceiling lamp trimmed with Samuel & Sons pompoms casts a warm, whimsical glow. The result is a petite yet magical room-light, feminine, and full of quiet charm-where every inch is crafted to feel special.
