Care Instructions

General Clean regularly with a soft cloth or sponge and a solution of neutral, mild detergent (pH 7) and water. Cleaners containing hydrochloric acid, formic acid, chlorine bleach, or acetic acid must not be used. Do not use abrasive cleaners, rough cleaning cloths, metal brushes, scouring pads, or microfiber cloths. Residues from personal care and cleaning products can cause damage—such as hair dye, perfume, aftershave, nail polish, toilet cleaner, or other harsh cleaning agents. Drying and polishing the surface prevents limescale buildup and staining. With regular cleaning and careful maintenance, the surfaces will retain their attractive appearance. Solid surface Clean with a soft cloth or sponge, a neutral detergent, and water. For tougher stains such as limescale, standard bathroom and shower cleaners available in stores may be used. Ensure that the cleaning products do not contain acid, chlorine, or peroxide. Please note that scratches, dust, and signs of wear are more visible on dark, highly pigmented materials and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
