packaging, within 30 days from the delivery date online or in store (Sabrina Monte-Carlo Arts de la

The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a
partial return.

Returning a product for exchange or refund is complimentary. In order to do this, please contact

Products may be exchanged or exchanged for store credit within thirty (30) calendar days following
the date of delivery.

Sabrina Monte-Carlo stores do not offer refunds for products purchased on the
sabrinamontecarlo.com website.

It is possible to collect the items you have ordered on sabrinamontecarlo.com in-store. This
service is currently only available in our Arts de la Table store:

An email will be sent to you when your order is available in store.

To collect your order, please introduce yourself to a sales person when you arrive at
the store.

Please bring along the email informing you of the availability of your order (printed out or on
the screen of your phone)

You have 21 days to collect your order from the receipt of the e-mail informing you of its
availability in store
